Gold Coast Fire Door Services Pty Ltd supply and install new frames, replace rusted and damaged frames and replace sections of frame.
We can provide a concrete cutting service to remove an existing concrete filled frame, cut up and remove all rubbish from site.

Fire Door Testing
Gold Coast Fire Door Services Pty Ltd has an extensive data base of over 400 buildings on the Gold Coast where we have performed fire door tests.
The new Australian Standard requires common area fire doors to be tested quarterly and unit entry fire doors annually.
The quoted price for the testing includes a comprehensive report of all doors tested and a detailed quotation for repairs needed to make the doors compliant to Australian Standards.

In the event of a fire, break in or damage to the door causing loss of security, Gold Coast Fire Door Services Pty Ltd can offer an emergency call out service to secure your building or premises.
This service may be temporary until a replacement door can be arranged
An additional surcharge may apply for out of hours service work

Asbestos Removal
Gold Coast Fire Door Services Pty Ltd will not expose their staff or clients to the potentially hazardous substance asbestos. Where asbestos is suspected in the fire door, we will always engage the services of a qualified asbestos removal contractor to remove the door, clean and vacuum the area and dispose of the material in the approved manner.
An asbestos test can be performed with a certificate of content provided for a minimal fee.
